Vendor Responsibilities: Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, pricing, and compliance with all applicable laws. Vendors must ensure that their products do not infringe on intellectual property rights and meet all applicable safety standards.
Product Listings and Content: Vendors must ensure their product listings, images, and descriptions are accurate and non-misleading. TEWAF ENTERPRISES reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these policies.

Payments and Pricing

Payments: Payments are processed securely via third-party providers.
Pricing: All prices are listed on our website and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are added at checkout.
Commission and Payouts: TEWAF ENTERPRISES will take a commission from each sale made through the platform. Payouts to vendors will be processed on a [weekly/monthly] basis, after deducting applicable fees.

Refund and Return Policy

We ship to Punjab, Pakistan.
Shipping times and costs are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not liable for undelivered items due to incorrect addresses.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific order.
• Purchases or dealings you have with sellers. You buy and deal with them at your own risk. TEWAF ENTERPRISES is not responsible for any issues that may arise.
